2025 Mercedes-benz S-class – Full-size Luxury Sedan – Anyone heard “credible rumors” or seen actual photos of the upcoming 2025 model year that will be released in 8 months?

The 2025 will have slightly updated headlights and a new dash similar to the new E-Class – so no more tablets.

He added: “Expect additional changes [in addition to the July 2022 images], such as revised fascia designs and changes to the taillights.”

Changes To The 2024 Mercedes Benz Models

I know all models are moving to horizontal DRLs, but I really like the vertical look of the current model. I prefer the tablet-less interior. Assuming the video is accurate, the instrument cluster looks pretty good.

Yep…lots of guesses on what it will be like – love this video…

I know they showed the inside of the EQS, but it would be nice if they put the actual buttons back. The sooner you ditch that capacitive touch pad, the better.

Mercedes made a big deal about being able to remove 27 buttons on the new S-Class…

I don’t like the round knobs all over the place for the heat/ac and radio – it makes the car look old these days.

The Mercedes flush-mounted buttons on the W222 were nice – but I think the days of multiple buttons/knobs are numbered.

An official said in an interview that they were adding buttons to the S-Class in the update and were discussing the wheel at the time. My guess is that some people think they can get away with it but that’s coming from a company man.

Those external changes are what we get. The interior is EQS only, I’ll look at the E class first. I think we’ll get a super screen with a similar layout, but still a pop-up gauge screen.

Ok, I’m a bit of a newbie, but I personally like the center screen on the console…easy to see, accessible and clean in my opinion. I wouldn’t change a thing.

My problem isn’t the screen, it’s the piano black plastic console underneath. If it was wood I would have no problem with the layout.

Yes, I definitely agree with you – since I bought my CPO, I’ve had to go with plastic lines – I’ve covered it with film so I don’t get micro swirls from dusting it – but I’d definitely prefer a matte wooden line instead.

S Class Sedan

Yes, I think it’s a neat design but the execution is flawed; Ugly, cheap, fingerprint-covered, plastic piano black has no place in a luxury car. It’s a choice that no one likes, but at least you’ve got the excuse that you’re shooting for the cheapest price in the economy box and other considerations are secondary.

People have been speaking out against this across all brands since day one, and it certainly says something about MB executives that they decided it was good enough for their flagship sedan.

You mean – the plain piano black console trim that comes in piano black with flowing stripes – the console itself, the plastic…?

On the earlier W222, from what I’ve read, the flowing lines are trimmed in piano black wood – which I “assume” is also the wood on the W223.

Mercedes S Class Facelift: Can You Spot The Changes?

I don’t really know the answer, but I believe it’s the wood. There is no center console, it is plastic.

Often, it has a steering wheel. Maybe a car seat. Not sure about that…lol In a cash-strapped country, luxury SUVs are literally and figuratively a big deal these days. Still, nothing whispers old money and wealth like a full-size sedan. For decades, none other than the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

Tax Of course, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class line-up goes beyond the range first launched in 1972, which was introduced in the late 50s with the ‘Fintail’ model.

Now that the latest S-Class has reached its fourth year in production, it’s due for a bit of a facelift. Besides, the German car production cycle usually lasts seven years, so this is also the time. What did Mercedes-Benz do with its flagship sedan? On the surface, it doesn’t look like much.

Mercedes S Class Revealed With Subtle Updates

If you try to see the change from outside, we release the strain on your eyes. The only new thing is the addition of two color options, Verde Silver Metallic and Velvet Brown Metallic, as seen here. Trust us, those are just new things coming from outside.

So what’s inside? If you want to sit up front in the S-Class (which, frankly, is where the back seat should be), then you’re in for a treat. The new comes with a redesigned front head control for greater comfort. This is thanks to the extra cushioning given to the car. Yes, rear passengers also have their own headrests.

Judging by the minor updates, the 2025 Mercedes-Benz S-Class doesn’t even seem to be half a step ahead. A full list of powertrain options is brought to the fore, mixing a range of turbopetrol, diesel and hybrid power. However, if you look at it from a technical perspective, that’s where the meat of the story lies.

First, there is a reminder for passengers after stopping the car. Even the big, no-frills brands have them these days. But most cars don’t have automatic lane changes.

In combination with Active Distance Assist and Active Steering Assist, the car can automatically perform an overtaking maneuver when certain parameters are met. Note, this functionality is only enabled on the Expressway and is limited to the European market.

The 2025 Mercedes Eqs Somehow Looks Worse

Inside, comfortable headrests with fluffy cushions between the headrests and traditional leather are standard equipment. By integrating Sony Pictures Entertainment’s RideVu, streaming movies from Sony’s library to cabin and in-cabin devices, streaming options are one-upped.

RideVu tweaks its custom interface for the S-Class, which includes parental controls, “allowing content to be streamed synchronously to up to six different car screens or individual devices, or viewed individually on each device.” A rotating list of titles enumerates gems such as ”

Closer to the sedan’s German home, Mercedes’ MBUX infotainment interface will make it easier to find and use assisted parking instructions. For international markets, the pre-installation for Digital Key will go to the US and Canada and will be compatible with Android devices.

And, for everyone else, the new Rear Seat Reminder uses the rear doors to detect when to alert people in the back row – such as putting something in the back seat before starting the car and taking off. back seat

Stepping up to the sedan in the Manufaktur program, the MBUX will get an OLED main display as standard equipment, which is part of Entertainment Plus.

Based on previous reports, another substantial facelift and refresh is coming in 2026. At some point, or the second update planned for 2029, we’re told a less confusing user interface will return with touch sliders enabled.

The instrument panel has been changed to feature a new Hyperscreen with steering wheel capacitive buttons and thumbsticks and an optional passenger display. “Intuitive ergonomics will return, but I’m not saying analog is the new digital. Rather, we’re going to offer customers the best of both worlds,” says Hartmut Zinkwitz, head of interiors.
